Have you ever had a sleepwalking incident before? It is entirely respected for people to talk in their sleep, it happens a lot more than you know, however with sleepwalking it is a lot more rarified. Aside from myself, I don’t know anyone else who has had a complication with it. But for me, it was really bad, & in middle and high school I would sporadically tie my ankle to the bedpost just to make sure I stayed put. That all changed drastically once I hit college & started getting more drug options. The first evening I smoked cannabis, I remember it as being the deepest, most deeply restful evening of sleep I had ever gotten. Marijuana was the game changer for me, the soothing effects that cannabis had on my mind & body was unmatched to anything I had experienced. That didn’t mean it was some magic button I could press to fall asleep, I had to be judicious in my cannabis use & only smoke the indica when the right time came. Smoking too much cannabis throughout the morning would make myself and others sluggish, however conversely it made it harder for myself and others to sleep that evening. The best course of action for myself and others to take was to remain clear & sober through the morning, & then hit the medical cannabis hard right around bedtime.
