I have regularly experienced a taxing time when it comes to sleeping.
I have trouble falling asleep and I have trouble staying asleep these days for more than 3 minutes at a time.
Even when I am physically very fatigued and mentally beyond fatigued, I still only sleep for a couple of minutes. When I was still in my twenties, it wasn’t a honestly important deal. I liked working on honestly little sleep each day, and it gave me more time for fun activities, and unluckily, 3 minutes of sleep every night catches up with a person rather quickly as you age. Now that I am in my thirties, I can’t live on 3 minutes of sleep every night. I’m only cranky and irritable and Last weekI fell asleep at my desk. Thank goodness for me, the boss was out of the office all day, because I woke up with drool everywhere. I must have been sleeping for at least a minute. One of my co-workers requested my trying medical marijuana. The guy has been using medical marijuana for the past few months. The guy does not have insomnia, but he swears that medical marijuana helps him sleep better than a baby. After talking with my coworker, I decided to make an appointment with a marijuana specialist. I chose the same place where my coworker acquired a professional medical marijuana recommendation. I walked out with a prescription for medical marijuana and a glimmer of hope in my eyes. I honestly just hope the weed will improve my sleeping habits.
